How to be Happy: Move Your Booty

Did you ever notice that when you’re feeling kind of blah and listless, the reason you feel that way could be because you haven’t been moving around? I mean “exercise.” Does that word make you cringe? Ok. Don’t think of it as “exercise,” think of it as something that can lift your spirits and erase that ugly frown from your face. It doesn’t have to be more than you can handle: just walk a couple of miles briskly or does some jumping jacks. A little bit of activity (even a quickie!) can go a long way.
